Chrome: Google?s Chrome Remote Desktop has always been a simple way to access your computer from another location, and now it?s finally out of beta with a few extra features.
Chrome Remote Desltop works on Windows, Mac, and Linux as long as you have Chrome installed on the system. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and you can use the app to access your desktop remotely or provide troubleshooting help to someone else from afar. The final version adds features like copying and pasting between computers and streaming audio between Windows PCs.
Chrome Remote Desktop is a free download, works wherever Chrome does. To get full desktop access, the computer needs to be running Windows Vista or Mac OS X 10.6 or above.
